Structured ABRSM Music Theory Preparation Courses for children and adults, designed to build real understanding and prepare students confidently for their ABRSM theory examinations. We offer professional guidance, structured lessons, weekly homework, exam-style exercises and mock examinations — in individual lessons or small-group courses, online and face-to-face.

Whether you are starting at Grade 1 or working towards the essential Grade 5, we will give you a clear, supported path to success.

Structured Courses That Build Real Understanding

Music theory is the language behind the music. Our ABRSM Music Theory Preparation Courses take students from the basics through to confident exam readiness, with a clear structure at every grade.

Each course combines expert teaching with weekly homework, exam-style questions and mock examinations, so students build genuine understanding rather than simply memorising answers. Lessons are taught by the school’s founder, with individual tuition and small-group courses available both online and face-to-face.

The result is a supportive, well-paced programme that prepares students thoroughly for their ABRSM theory examination — and gives them a lasting foundation in music.
